She helps women in peri and post menopause build muscle, confidence, and resilience through safe, effective movement designed for midlife bodies. Her focus is on strength as the foundation for long-term health, energy, and independence.

HEALTH (Nutrition)
Giorgiana Ignat is a Diet and Nutrition Coach and co-founder of SHE 40+, where she leads the Health pillar. She supports women in peri and post menopause by simplifying nutrition and helping them fuel their bodies in ways that support hormones, energy, and long-term health. Giorgiana’s approach moves women away from restrictive dieting and toward balanced, sustainable habits that fit real life and changing bodies.

EMPOWERMENT (Mindset & Habits)
Veronica Dondas is a co-founder of SHE 40+ and leads the Empowerment pillar, focusing on mindset and habit building. Through lived experience and proven consistency strategies, she helps women in peri and post menopause build discipline, regain confidence, and create routines that support lasting change. Veronica’s work centers on helping women move away from overwhelm and self-doubt and toward clarity, structure, and self-trust.
